No! If your Core Practitioner thinks labs are not necessary or you’ve expressed that labs are not in your budget, we can still work together to create lasting sustainable change.

Absolutely! We are health coaches and functional practitioners, and we do not manage, prescribe, or discontinue medications. We focus entirely on creating the optimal environment in your body, through diet, supplementation, and lifestyle, which may potentially reduce the need for symptom management over time. We require that you keep your doctor informed of any dietary or supplement changes we recommend.

Yes, we are a fully virtual practice! We are structured to work seamlessly with clients across the US and Canada.
Note: Due to specific state regulations, lab testing rules for patients residing in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island will be monitored on a case-by-case basis. We will discuss specific lab logistics during your consultation.
