Meet The Team

For the past eight years, Abbey has been deeply passionate about health and wellness. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Nutrition Practitioner, she is dedicated to helping individuals feel their best by addressing the root causes of gut issues, hormonal imbalances, and more.

Abbey’s journey into holistic health began unexpectedly during a simple conversation with Emma years ago about birth control pills. At the time, Abbey was taking them herself and had never considered their potential impact, until she pulled out the information label and realized she was experiencing nearly every listed side effect. That moment became the catalyst for an almost decade-long search for answers.

Driven by curiosity and a desire to feel well again, Abbey dove into research, learned how to read ingredient labels, began cooking intentionally, and explored the functional and nutritional factors that influence long-term health. Through this process, she not only transformed her own wellbeing but also began helping friends and family make meaningful lifestyle changes. Wanting to serve others more deeply and with greater expertise, she pursued formal training to become both an INHC and a CN-P.

Over the last several years, Abbey has also worked in acupuncture clinics leading operations, giving her a unique window into Eastern medicine, integrative care, and the importance of a collaborative, whole-person approach. This experience enriches her work with clients, allowing her to blend clinical organization, holistic philosophy, and practical, evidence-informed nutrition strategies.

Today, Abbey combines clinical insights with personalized, compassionate guidance to empower clients to understand their bodies, make confident health decisions, and create long-lasting change. Her mission is to help others experience the same transformation she once sought; one rooted in knowledge, alignment, and true healing.

Emma is a Registered Nurse and Integrative Health Practitioner (Levels 1 & 2). Her background in nursing provides a strong understanding of human physiology and interconnected body systems. As an IHP, she supports clients in learning about lifestyle, environmental, and nutritional factors that may be contributing to how they feel. Emma is dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting health through sustainable, personalized protocols that support their goals.

Through her years in emergency nursing and cross-country travel assignments, Emma developed a deep respect for the power of acute medical care while also recognizing its limitations. She cared for many patients with chronic or unexplained symptoms, yet too often they were discharged without answers or resources to address what was truly driving their health concerns. These experiences reinforced the importance of proactive wellness: addressing symptoms early, before they progress into chronic conditions or preventable emergencies.

Emma’s passion for integrative health is also deeply personal. From severe eczema and food sensitivities as a child to gut issues and acne in her early adult years, she understands the frustration and discouragement that accompany unexplained, ongoing symptoms. Over the last decade, she has pursued her own study of integrative and functional medicine, learning how to restore and support her health.

Today Emma is passionate about helping clients finally gain insight into factors influencing their health and implement practical changes and wellness protocols that support meaningful improvements in their health and daily life.
